Our highly skilled and well performing Art Department consists of (Senior) Art Directors and (UX) Designers and we would love to add a senior creative with an impressive track record of digital or online experience to our current team.
Responsibilities
  • You will be in charge of the creative part of high profile projects for our most valued customers though the whole project; from concept to presentation.
  • You will work closely with the Creative Director and other Senior Artists and will take the lead in a wide range of interesting projects, overseeing 3D artists, freelancers and developers as well as presenting to clients.
  • The art-related communication between all stakeholders will be your responsibility. This involves both internal and external communication. With your seniority, you will engage the Art & Design team and will ensure that its performance exceeds the high standards, which are set within VoB. You will coach the team through the design process by inspiring and challenging them and by reviewing the quality of their work.
  • You translate creative ideas into user-friendly designs, which are compatible with the technology used.
  • End-to-end quality assurance and always keep an eye on all the details.
