Ashutosh Jha

Chairman & Managing Director

Maj. Ashutosh Jha leads the diversified and security centric, Noiro group of companies. After serving in the Indian army, which exposed him to the intricacies of border security, insurgency and administration in various geographies from J & K to the North East, he entered the corporate world with his biggest strength; experience of working with an extremely broad range of security challenges. With an astute strategy and insight into the new threats that define security in the 21st century and to affectively address them, he diversified Noiro into verticals that plug into the relevant concern areas. In a span of 10 years he has created an organization which offers a sweeping bouquet of services, has +22000 employees, a pan India and international presence in Africa, the Middle East and APAC.

Col. Sukumar Sudhakar

Executive Director

A retired infantry Colonel from the Indian Army, Col. Sudhakar is the Operational & Administrative leader of NOIRO.

Colonel is an experienced security management professional with 30 years of operations experience across the areas of Disaster Management, Loss Prevention, Security and Risk Management, Planning of Asset Security and Security Operations.

He has served in some of the most challenging terrain and operational circumstances across the length & breadth of India. This has given him a vantage viewpoint to have a clear understanding of Failure Reporting, Failure Management and Corrective Actions that need to be taken during a crisis.

Brig. Jag Varma

Head - CRM

Recipient of the Sena Medal & Visisht Sena Medal, Brig. Varma has 38 years of military service to back his credentials as an Operations and Organisational leader. He is a graduate of the Defence Services Staff College and Post graduate of College of Defence management, Secunderabad. Being an officer of a premier fighting component of the Indian army, he has participated & lead military operations in Punjab, Nagaland, Manipur, Kashmir, Siachen and Kargil. He represented the Indian Army on a United Nations Peace Enforcement Mission in Congo (Africa). He has also been Instructor and headed an elite School of the Army which trains soldiers to fight in snow bound and glacial areas. Brig. Varma is widely travelled and has visited 24 Countries in the Asian, African, European and American continents.

Rishi Bagga

Business Head – FM

Rishi is the business development professional with rich experience in leading the team in strategy creation and execution. In career spanning 14 years he has worked with the best of the brands in Facility Management namely USA based Fortune 500 corporate Johnson Controls and UK based one of the world's largest global property consultancy, Knight Frank. An avid learner and academically sound, he is an MBA and has gone through Management Development Program (MDP) from XLRI, Jamshedpur in “Marketing of Services: Strategies for Competitive Advantage”.

Anjali Jandwani

Head – HRD

A people oriented, self-motivated HR professional with a proven track record of enabling business through people management at strategic and execution levels. Effectively collaborates with domestic and global cross functional and virtual teams to achieve organizational objectives. Anjali has 20 years’ work experience across industries. Excellent conceptual knowledge and industry experience in administration of HR systems in a diverse and aggressive environment. Competent Human Resources professional with tacit knowledge of Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Measuring Performances - Realization of Balanced Score Card, Customer engagement beyond Job Autonomy.
Anjali has demonstrated competence in formulating and implementing HO level HR strategies and programs and has managed multiple business units in the capacity of HR Generalist and Specialist.
Anjali has specific interest towards building competency frameworks, design various OD intervention programs,change management and create a 'Learning Organization'.

Dinesh Sharma

Finance

Dinesh is a veteran of the Security industry and has worked for some of the biggest names in the fraternity. Dinesh is responsible for the financial governance and P&L management of Noiro. He has lead many an improvement initiative at Noiro and is in the process os re-designing the organization to aid in speedier – invoicing, billing and Compliance processes. Given Noiro’s rapid growth, he is charged with ramping up all our financial governance processes in synch with our Growth trajectory.
